        $00.00 to $50     postage and insurance = $6.70
        $50.01 to $100   postage and insurance = $7.20
        $100.01 to $200 postage and insurance = $7.70
        $200.01 to $300  postage and insurance = $9.65
        $300.01 to $400 postage and insurance =  $10.60
